it is now 330pm and i am feeling slightly hungry still, so i'm eating:
- 1/2 bottle water
- (some) lactose free vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 a banana
i then had my meds and ate breakfast around 01pm:
- 1/2 bottle water
- 2 slices pizza leftover from last night
- 2 small dinner rolls
- a moderate helping of mashed potatoes
i got up this afternoon after about 12hrs of sleep and promptly completed a 40m yoga workout
