post #2 (wooooooohooo!)


it is now 330pm and i am feeling slightly hungry still, so i'm eating:
  1. 1/2 bottle water
  2. (some) lactose free vanilla ice cream
  3. 1/2 a banana
i then had my meds and ate breakfast around 01pm:
  1. 1/2 bottle water
  2. 2 slices pizza leftover from last night
  3. 2 small dinner rolls
  4. a moderate helping of mashed potatoes
i got up this afternoon after about 12hrs of sleep and promptly completed a 40m yoga workout
